I requested engraving on one of the knives that I ordered. The Design tool was easy to use, but I had a problem linking it to my email. This was easily overcome by taking a screenshot of the completed design tool page, and attaching it to an email along with the picture that I required. Worked like a dream. Everything completed perfectly and very quickly. Excellent service, good communication. Will use again and recommend.

I had my knives engraved with my name as I use them in public kitchens and want to be able to hold on to them. The engraving is excellent. I was very pleased that the sizing was well done. I asked Wusthof to use their judgement as it is difficult to know how a given font size will appear on a blade. A useful development would be for the engraving app on the website to show you what the finished product, with engraving, will look like. Well done Wusthof.
